A spacious recently refurbished cottage surrounded by unspoilt rolling countryside, this excellent holiday home is ideal for touring Ayrshire, and Dumfries & Galloway with family and friends.
With 3 bedrooms, the cottage is suitable for 2 – 6 people.
The cottage can provide accommodation for 2 by using the ground floor only.
Situated amongst rolling hills in the Stinchar Valley.
Half a mile from Barr village (shop and hotel).
Upperbarr Cottage has recently undergone extensive renovation to provide spacious 4 star accommodation.
Ground floor accommodation:

- Kitchen/dining area with electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.

First floor accommodation:
- 1 double bedroom (5ft double bed) with en-suite shower

Holiday rental price from £390 – £650 per week.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking.
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Oil fired central heating.
A well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement, however we ask that the pet is not left unattended or allowed on chairs or beds.
No smoking.
Patio. Ample parking. Open all year.
