Glengennet, a former shooting lodge, was built during the 1890's
in the upper Stinchar valley near the conservation village of Barr.
Now a 500 acre farm rearing Scottish blackface sheep, Glengennet is set in an elevated position with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. |

We have 2 guest bedrooms which are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, including easy chairs, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities.

The lounge/dining room (with TV for guests' use) has glorious views over the garden.
Leaflets, guide books and maps are available to help you plan your day.
Breakfast is served with a choice of menu including home made preserves. Packed lunches and sandwiches are available on request Please note that we do not offer dinner. However, the hotel in Barr village (1.5 miles away) provides good food at reasonable prices. |
A deposit of £30 per person is requested to confirm a B&B reservation.
